The CBCF Communications Internship Program, sponsored by State Farm, offers college seniors and recent graduates a semester-long opportunity to gain experience in press and media relations on Capitol Hill. This internship provides hands-on experience working with press secretaries or communications directors in various congressional offices, committees, subcommittees, or federal agencies.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Must be available full-time upon acceptance.
- General knowledge of the federal legislative process, U.S. Congress, and Congressional Black Caucus.
- Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
