Who Can Apply

  • Ages 18-23
  • Enrolled in Extended Foster Care (EFC)
  • School or employed (GED, high school, college)

Program Benefits

  • Academic Support: Help with college or trade school applications and access to educational materials.
  • Success Coaching: Weekly sessions with a success coach.
  • Professional Development: Job-seeking assistance, resume building, and employment support.
  • Life Skill Training: Skills for meal planning, self-care, and adult living.
