The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF) has expanded its Leadership Institute to include the Pathways to C-Suite Internship Program. This initiative pairs undergraduate and postgraduate African American students with top executives in the private sector, offering a unique opportunity to understand how public policy is influenced and developed at various organizational levels.

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Must be at least 21 years old for the Pathways to C-Suite Internship
• U.S. citizenship or a permit to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program (January 16 – May 8, 2027)
• Senior with graduation date no later than December 2026 or recent graduate (within the last 2 years) when the internship program starts
• General familiarity with the federal legislative process, U.S. Congress, Congressional Black Caucus, and related policy.
• Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
