The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF) has expanded its Leadership Institute to include the Pathways to C-Suite Internship Program. This initiative pairs undergraduate and postgraduate African American students with top executives in the private sector, offering a unique opportunity to understand how public policy is influenced and developed at various organizational levels.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Must be at least 21 years old for the Pathways to C-Suite Internship
- U.S. citizenship or work permit required (Jan 10 – May 01, 2026)
- Must be a current or rising college senior, or have graduated within the last 2 years; no graduate degree or active graduate studies.
- General familiarity with the federal legislative process, U.S. Congress, Congressional Black Caucus, and related policy.
- Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
