Opportunity Passport™ is a premier financial management program from the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, designed specifically for young adults who have experienced foster care. In 2020, Voices, in collaboration with Ready for Life—a skill-based learning center for young adults transitioning from foster care—became the first independent site authorized to deliver this program.

Through Opportunity Passport™, young adults aged 17-29 in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties who have spent at least one day in foster care can benefit from:

• Financial Literacy Training: Comprehensive education on managing finances effectively.
• Financial Coaching: Personalized support to help you make informed financial decisions.
• Savings Match: Up to $3,000 in matched savings to purchase essential assets, such as a car.

This program aims to empower you with the skills and resources needed to build a stable financial future.
