HomeSafe at Pond Place, part of the Bernstein Independent Living Campus in Palm Springs, offers safe, affordable housing for young adults who have aged out of foster care. The program is designed to support individuals, often still in high school, by providing stable housing and resources to help them continue their education and work towards independence.
Who Can Apply
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 23.
- To remain in the program, you must maintain Post-secondary Education Services & Support (PESS) eligibility and adhere to the rules set by HomeSafe.
