How Does It Work:

Review Program Qualifications

Familiarize yourself with the program requirements to ensure you meet the criteria.

Pre-Qualification

Attend a virtual Information Session to learn about the program requirements and complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. You will receive feedback within 2 weeks.

Pre-Application Session

Meet with volunteers to receive guidance on completing your application packet. You will be provided with a Pre-Application Packet and a list of required documents.
4

Home Visit

If your application is successful, you will be invited to schedule a Home Visit. An independent Home Selection Committee will review your application and make recommendations for final selection.
