A Sparks Coach role is to provide one-on-one support to a current/former foster youth, and to coach them on subjects of financial literacy, career development, health and wellness, and essential life skills.

How Does It Work

Submit an Application

Complete and submit the application form to get started.

Undergo a Background Check

All applicants must pass a background check to ensure suitability.

Complete Mandatory Orientation/Training

Attend orientation and training sessions to understand the program and your role.

Commit to Weekly Sessions

Participate in 60-minute virtual sessions, three times per month, for a total of 18 sessions.

Engage in a 6-Month Program

Complete the full 6-month duration of the program.

Be Proficient in Virtual Communication Tools

Familiarize yourself with Google Hangouts, Zoom, or FaceTime for virtual meetings.
