Foster Care to Success has been administering scholarships since 1991, with a graduation rate of 65% and an annual retention rate of 85%. The program , supported by private donors, prioritizes continuing scholars who were previously in foster care. Tailored for students pursuing a 2 or 4 year college degree with at least one year of college experience who have earned Cs or higher in their coursework, the program provides financial aid, mentorship, and resources to empower former foster youth in pursuing their academic goals.
