DASH Foundation

The SMART DREAMS Program at the DASH Foundation focuses on supporting young adults aging out of foster care through experiential learning opportunities. The program aims to empower these individuals by developing their personal and professional skills, building confidence, and preparing them for future success. The program provides comprehensive support to help participants thrive socially, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Who Can Apply

Young adults aged 15-28
Individuals who are aging out of foster care or have recently aged out. Parents of eligible young adults can also apply on their behalf.
