SMART DREAMS Housing (TECH = Therapeutic Empowerment Coaching Homes) supports young adults aged 18-35 from at-risk communities in building self-confidence, self-sufficiency, and financial independence. This program is available in Duval, Lake, Leon, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

Who Can Apply
- Ages 18-35
- Current or previous case with the Department of Children & Families (DCF), aged out of foster care, or experienced homelessness
- Monthly income (2x the bed rate) or supported by a state agency
- Background check for oversight and supervision
- Bank account or eligibility for one

Program Requirements
- Community Service: Complete a minimum of 5 hours per month supporting a local non-profit or neighborhood development activities.
- Employment/Education: Commit at least 20 hours per week to earning or learning, including work or educational pursuits, to meet your lifestyle budget (rent will be based on your desired home mortgage).
- Personal Development: Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week to personal growth activities, focusing on life skills, social-emotional development, and financial literacy.
