Who Can Apply
- Ages 18-23
- Aging or aged out of foster care
- Capable of living independently
- Enrolled in school full-time
- Employed with a minimum monthly income of $960
- For the young women’s program: Not pregnant and no children

- You don’t need an agency referral to apply.
- If you’re enrolled in EFC/PESS, you can use your stipend for rental payments.
